- Music is our medicine. We release words, phones, drugs, and alcohol so we can be fully present.

We can move, paint, rest, or simply be. - We use the “Namaste” sign to say no to interaction.
Sometimes we dance alone, sometimes together.
When we all know and respect this sign, we create a space that feels safe for everyone. - We are all participants, not an audience.
We can take inspiration from one another and hold each other with kind eyes. - The altar is our energetic center. We can come here to meditate, rest, or offer a prayer.

Our event takes place deep in a magical shala, in the heart of the jungle, near the beach. La La Land resort.
